SYDNEY – Orro, Australia’s leading platform-enabled secure network and digital infrastructure provider, today announced a new next-generation wireless offering in partnership with Juniper Networks. Ideal for businesses looking to refresh aging digital infrastructure, the new offering will leverage the power of Juniper’s Mist AI to track network performance, automatically solve issues and improve the end user experience.
For large scale businesses and educational facilities with large campus networks, ensuring efficient wireless connectivity and ticket resolution is paramount. With this new offering, customers will be able to quickly assess user experience through the power of Mist AI, identifying weaknesses and offering quick remediation to ensure issues aren’t able to expand.
On the new offering Daniel Greengarten, Chief Executive Officer, Orro said: “We are thrilled to continue our strong partnership with Juniper Networks to deliver new levels of network visibility. What this means is more efficiencies for teams to spend time on their most important tasks. With the intuition of Mist AI technology, customers will experience new levels of visibility over their network management, empowering them to foresee challenges and prepare accordingly.
As a business, we strive to provide our customers with solutions that ensure strong and reliable connectivity. Our ongoing partnership with Juniper and the resulting offering is another step forward in securely connecting everything.”
Greg Yelas, Regional Mist Sales Lead, Juniper Networks ANZ, said: “This opportunity represents a significant leap forward in our partnership with Orro. We are excited to be bringing Juniper’s AI-Native capabilities as part of this new offering to further enable exceptional end-user experiences. Our collaboration with Orro underscores our mutual dedication of pushing the boundaries of technology to constantly meet the evolving needs of our customers.”
The new offering has been designed to integrate with Orro’s One Touch Control (OTC) system, providing a single management view to streamline visibility across the network. Across an 18-month period, Juniper and Orro have worked closely to develop full integration of the new product into OTC, making it easier for existing customers to implement the new capability on top of current functions.
The new offering also includes deployment of Marvis Minis, an AI-native technology that simulates the network while no-one is on premises, identifying potential problems and to resolve or escalate overnight. When the on-site teams arrive in the morning, Marvis Minis provides an overview of activity on issues that have been resolved and flags when disruptions may occur.
Roll-out of this offering has already commenced, with Orro and Juniper working with a number of large tertiary and secondary educational institutions to improve their network management. This new offering enhances Orro’s current network offering, strengthening capabilities to ensure future expansion and support of new technologies.
