The Before the Freeze Checklist
From early December to mid-January, most organisations can see less than at any other time of year. Change is locked down, teams are thin and suppliers are on leave. A change freeze protects stability, but it also locks in every gap that exists on the day it starts.
This checklist covers the work that matters in the weeks before. Work through it with your operations, infrastructure and security leads, and give every check an owner and a date.
