OUR CULTURE
The Orro culture is a perfect blend of the very best bits from each of our foundation businesses – grounded in our common passion for technology and what’s next. Together we strive to harness technology’s power to drive improved outcomes – for clients, for each other, and for our communities.
OUR VALUES

Proud challengers
We challenge tradition, we challenge assumptions, we challenge limits and we challenge ourselves. We never stop asking questions, because that’s how we stay ahead of the curve.

Everyone connected
We commit to be a business that reflects the diversity of our world, knowing our similarities are profound and our differences make us all richer. We value and listen to each other, to reap the benefits of those varied perspectives.

Keep it simple
Our business is connection, not technology. So we leave the jargon at the door and talk in terms our customers understand. We’re here to make their life simple and easy, and that starts from “Hello”.

Here when it counts
Our customers trust us to keep their business humming. We honour that trust by always being honest and never over-promising. If there’s a problem, we own it - available quickly, compassionately and bringing a solution to the table.

We give more
Giving is what makes Orro who we are. We give more time and attention to our clients, and to each other. By doing so, we learn and grow together. We understand not just what our clients need now, but what they’ll need next.

GIVING BACK
Giving more is not just one of our corporate values, it’s engrained in our culture and something we’re passionate about. We believe in technology’s power to break down barriers and bring people closer together. And we take seriously our responsibility to treat our world and our communities with respect.

Through the Generations Foundation we are investing in technology-based education initiatives to enrich the lives of less advantaged children living within underdeveloped areas.
We’re currently committing $125,000 every year to support these initiatives which are opening disadvantaged children to new opportunities and connecting them with the world.

We believe that a better tomorrow could be just 24 hours away.
Which is why we encourage every one of our staff to spend 24 hours (3 business days) each year, giving back to our communities through volunteering.
That’s over 900 volunteer days every year spent working to support meaningful causes throughout our local communities.
