Graduate Program
Our Orro Graduate Program, spanning our Network, Cloud and Cyber services, gives industry starters an opportunity to rotate through various parts of our business – contributing to leading tech solutions for our clients.
You will work as part of a team, and alongside experts who will provide you with, on the job training, feedback and mentoring to help you become the best you can be.

Scholarship Program
Orro has established a scholarship program with University of Technology Sydney and Western Sydney University.
The Orro Equity Scholarship in Engineering and IT has been established to deepen and broaden Australia’s pool of technology talent, by encouraging greater diversity and reducing socioeconomic barriers to study. The Scholarship supports 7 students who are from under-represented groups and experiencing financial disadvantages but have the personal potential and commitment to study engineering or IT and to succeed in tertiary education.
The scholarship provides financial support for the entirety of their degree as well as a place in Orro’s internship program where students can develop meaningful skills while completing their degrees. Other benefits include mentorship, access to Orro’s wellbeing platform – LifeWorks, as well as invitations to Orro training and events where appropriate, and an opportunity for a Graduate position.
