With a rich background spanning 25 years in the media, education, and technology sectors, Heith Mackay-Cruise currently serves as the non-executive Chair of Straker Translations Limited, a non-executive Director of Southern Cross Media Group Limited, and a non-executive Director of Codan Limited. He is also a non-executive National Director of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Heith’s executive career includes roles such as the founding CEO of Sterling Early Education and the Global CEO and Managing Director of Study Group.

With 25 years experience in industry, Dan is ideally placed as CEO to drive Orro on it’s continued growth trajectory. In his previous role as COO, he stewarded the acquisition and integration across all of Orro’s transactions. His passion for customers and the market at large stems from his many years leading as a business operator and later as SVP for global services sales NTT.

Rodd Cunico, a passionate non-executive director, has a proven ability to transform organisational engagement for accelerated growth and shareholder value. Formerly the CEO of Dimension Data Australia, Rodd oversaw substantial growth from $800m to $1.3b and orchestrated a quadrupling of Orro Pty Ltd’s business from $50m to over $200m in 2020. He played a leading role in Orro’s acquisition activities, securing two debt refinancing packages worth $50m and $150m.

Boasting a decade of experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and business advisory, James Darwell is an Investment Manager at Liverpool Partners. Since March 2020, he has been a director on the Orro board and also holds a seat on the board of Seven Miles. James is a qualified professional with a BCom from UNSW.

Jonathan Lim brings over 20 years of expertise in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and equity analysis. Currently a Managing Director at Liverpool Partners, he also serves as a director on the boards of Zenitas Healthcare, Seven Miles, and AcademyEX. Jonathan holds qualifications in BBus (UTS), F Fin, CAIA.

Adam, a co-founder of Parc, brings extensive hands-on business experience and strategic insight to Parc’s investee companies. Passionate about exploring founders’ stories and fostering growth, Adam played a pivotal role in Parc’s first investment into Orro. Before co-founding Parc, he built an IT services business, eventually acquired by NTT, where he held global executive role
