About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing Identity Management Solutions, with expertise in SailPoint IIQ/IDN Implementation.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Design, Development, and Implementation: Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in the design, development, and implementation of Identity Management Solutions.
  • SailPoint IIQ/IDN Expertise: Possess extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ/IDN Implementation, Design, and Development.
  • Integration and Troubleshooting: Work on the development, integration, and troubleshooting of SailPoint products, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Programming Skills: Utilize Java BeanShell programming and PowerShell for effective implementation and customization.
  • Identity Lifecycle Management: Implement identity lifecycle management
    concepts, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and role-based access
  • Application Onboarding: Onboard applications in SailPoint, whether AD-based, API-based, or database-based.
  • Customization: Build Java Bean Shell scripts, workflows, JML and custom rules to enhance system functionality.
  • Collaboration and Support: Liaise with cross-functional teams on delivery, providing technical support, addressing issues, fixing bugs, and implementing enhancements.
  • Configuration and Troubleshooting: Set up, troubleshoot, and configure SailPoint integration with various systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Handling: Demonstrate excellent customer handling skills, addressing client queries and ensuring satisfaction.


You will have a good mix of the following skills, knowledge & experience:


  • Proven experience as an IDAM Engineer or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IIQ/IDN and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in Java BeanShell programming and PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with identity lifecycle management principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
