About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an IDAM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our organization’s identity and access management processes. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, conduct in-depth analyses, and implement IAM solutions that align with security best practices. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work seamlessly across various departments.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Engage with business stakeholders to
    comprehend their IAM needs and requirements. Translate business requirements into effective IAM solutions.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Conduct thorough analysis of existing IAM processes, systems, and policies. Document IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and security best practices.
  • Integration and Implementation: Work closely with IT and security teams to seamlessly integrate IAM solutions into existing infrastructure.
  • Policy Definition and Documentation: Define and document IAM policies,
    procedures, and guidelines. Ensure IAM practices comply with industry regulations
    and standards.
  • Access Reviews and Audits: Support periodic access reviews and audits to identify
    and address security risks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business units.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical
    stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of IAM requirements and solutions.
  • Incident Response: Participate in incident response activities related to IAM issues.
    Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents and problems.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training
    sessions for end-users and IT staff on IAM processes. Maintain comprehensive
    documentation of IAM policies, procedures, and configurations.

 

You will have a good mix of the following skills, knowledge & experience:

  • Proven experience in identity and access management.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to IAM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with incident response and problem resolution in the IAM domain is a plus.
